Project Involvement and Impact

In my role during the analysis phase, I undertook the following tasks:

• Requirement Gathering: Collected and elicited requirements using various techniques, including client interviews and analysis of the old system’s interfaces.

• Solution Analysis: Participated in meetings with the development team to analyze and agree on the solution approach.

• Documentation and Prototyping: Developed a comprehensive analysis document and prototype of the proposed solution.

• Approval Process: Secured approvals from both developers and clients for the finalized solution.
