At the beginning of 2024, Dolf Technologies marked its 15th anniversary with a team gathering that brought together a look back at the past year and a glimpse of what lies ahead.
We reflected on the company’s achievements, shared its vision and future plans, and celebrated another year of growth together.
The gathering ended with a moment that was especially meaningful to me: I was honored as Employee of the Year 2023.
What made the recognition even more special was that it came during my first year at Dolf Technologies. Starting somewhere new always comes with a learning curve new people, new responsibilities, and a new environment to understand. Receiving this recognition so early in that journey made it something I will always value.
More than the title itself, I’m grateful for the trust behind it and for the colleagues who supported me throughout that first year.
It remains a meaningful reminder to keep learning, contributing, and giving my best to the work and the people around me.
