ABOUT ME
I’m Salma Bader, a Business Analyst with a UX-driven approach to solution design. I work across business needs, user experience, and technical delivery, helping teams move from scattered ideas and complex requirements to a clearer shared understanding of what should be built.
What interests me most is not simply documenting requirements, but understanding the reasoning behind them: the problem we are solving, the people affected by it, how the process should work, and whether the final solution can be clearly implemented and validated.
MY STORY
My path into Business Analysis was not a straight line, and that has become one of the most useful parts of how I work today.
My experience across software quality, user experience, and digital projects taught me to look at the same requirement from different angles. A business need has to make sense strategically, but it also has to make sense to the person using the solution. And once the experience is defined, development and QA teams still need enough clarity to build and validate it correctly.
That perspective gradually shaped the way I approach Business Analysis today: understand the context first, structure the problem, make the solution visible, and keep business, users, and delivery aligned throughout the process.
Clarity is not only about writing better requirements. It is about creating a shared understanding of the solution.
WHAT SHAPED MY PERSPECTIVE
Understand before defining.
It taught me to start with context (business needs, stakeholders, processes, constraints, and the real problem behind the request) before defining what the system should do.
Make the solution visible.
UX thinking helps me move beyond written requirements and explore how processes become actual journeys, interactions, and experiences for the people using the solution.
Think about validation early.
My QA background trained me to question ambiguity early: Is the expected behavior clear? What happens in different scenarios? Can this requirement actually be verified?
