Project Overview
This project focused on replacing an outdated Learning Management System (LMS) with a modern solution, while improving business processes, introducing new features, and automating end-to-end operations.
My Role & Contributions
Current System Analysis (As-Is): Analyzed the legacy LMS and documented its processes in an As-Is report, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Target State Analysis (To-Be): Designed and documented the future system state in a detailed To-Be report.
Business Requirements Documentation (BRD): Authored a comprehensive BRD capturing high-level business needs.
Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD): Created an FRD supported by a detailed prototype, covering all system functions across five distinct user roles.
DGA Compliance: Applied the Digital Government Authority (DGA) platform code requirements to all system prototypes to ensure compliance.
Knowledge Sharing Sessions: Delivered system overview sessions to internal teams across different departments.
User Guides & Documentation: Developed user manuals tailored for each system role, providing a reliable reference for system adoption.
