Project Overview

A comprehensive Learning and Training Management System product built on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model and supporting a multi-tenancy architecture. Unlike standard LMS platforms, this system offers a wide range of advanced features and components, including financial management capabilities, integrations with external systems, and much more.

My Role & Contributions

Throughout this project — and continuing to date — I have undertaken several key responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

    • Collected and analyzed client requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.

  2. Collaboration with Development Teams

    • Coordinated with multiple development teams, clarifying business requirements to support accurate implementation.

  3. Documentation

    • Worked various deliverables, including:

      • Business Requirements Document (BRD): Prepared for senior management to outline business needs.

      • Functional Requirements Specification (FRS): Detailed documentation of all system functions by role, supported by interactive prototypes to guide developers toward the expected outcomes.

  4. API Analysis & Documentation

    • Analyzed the APIs required to connect frontend and backend systems.

    • Documented API specifications in detail on GitBook, including parameter fields, data types, expected responses, and the mapping of APIs to each system page.

  5. Compliance & Accreditation

    • Analyzed and prepared the requirements necessary for accreditation by the National Center for E-Learning (NELC). Successfully achieved official approval.

  6. Wireframing & UI/UX Preparation

    • Designed conceptual wireframes for the product’s marketing and informational web pages.

  7. Client Engagement

    • Attended client meetings to present the product and deliver live demonstrations.

  8. Knowledge Transfer & User Onboarding

    • Conducted user onboarding and knowledge transfer through orientation sessions and prepared comprehensive user guides and documentation to support system adoption.
