Project Overview
A Learning Management System (LMS) designed to unify the operations of multiple colleges under a single administration, while still enabling each college to manage its own processes independently. The project focused on modernizing the legacy system by developing, enhancing, and automating a wide range of processes.
My Role & Contributions
Current State Analysis: Studied and documented the existing system to establish a clear baseline.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collected, analyzed, and documented business requirements to guide the new solution.
Prototyping: Built a comprehensive prototype covering 11 distinct user roles across the platform.
Client Collaboration: Engaged with the client through presentations of analysis outcomes and prototypes, while gathering additional requirements.
Project Handover: Documented the current state of the project and facilitated the handover of analysis responsibilities to another team member, providing the necessary support for a smooth transition.
