Quickly familiarized myself with the project scope after joining post-analysis phase to ensure effective contributions and identify opportunities for enhancements.
Participated in multiple sessions with the development team to stay aligned on newly added features and ensure consistency with project objectives.
Designed and delivered a knowledge transfer workshop for the client, preparing tailored resources including presentations, training documents, short videos, and workshop cards to facilitate user adoption.
Developed informative brochures to highlight key system features for stakeholders and end-users.
Conducted analysis of potential improvements, documenting recommendations and designing optimized workflow diagrams to support their integration into the system.
